This notice explains how we process the personal data of visitors to userhybrid.hu. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679/EU, “GDPR”) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information (“Infotv.”).

2. What data we process and why
2.1 Contact requests
When you use the contact form or email us, we process the following data.

2.2 Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
The site runs Google Analytics 4 via the Google Site Kit plugin. Statistics cookies are only set if you consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, Google Consent Mode ensures no cookies are set.

2.4 Storing your settings
Your language choice and your cookie decision are stored in our own necessary cookies, which contain no data capable of identifying you. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); under Section 155(4) of Hungarian Act C of 2003 on electronic communications, no consent is required for such cookies. See the Cookie policy for details.
2.5 Web fonts
The site’s fonts (Google Fonts) are loaded from Google’s servers, which transmits your browser’s IP address to Google; no cookies are set. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) – our legitimate interest in a consistent, readable design.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Google may transfer certain data to its US parent company, Google LLC. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023.
5. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding our processing:
- Access – ask what data we hold about you (GDPR Art. 15);
- Rectification – have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
- Erasure – have your data deleted (Art. 17);
- Restriction – have processing restricted (Art. 18);
- Portability – receive your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20);
- Objection – object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
- Withdrawal of consent – withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing (Art. 7(3)).
Send your request to info@userhybrid.hu. We respond within one month; this may be extended by two further months where justified, in which case we will let you know.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only authorised staff can access personal data; we keep our systems up to date and use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration and deletion.
